These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NovaBod website located at novabod.io and all related digital products and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Rex Ventures Group LLC(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Subscription Plans & Billing

NovaBod offers the following subscription plans:

  • 7-Day Trial: $7.00 for the first 7 days, then $49.99/month thereafter.
  • 28-Day Plan: $29.99 billed monthly.
  • 12-Week Plan: $59.99 billed every three (3) months.

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change with notice. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fee at the start of each billing period.

3. Auto-Renewal

All NovaBod subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder email before any renewal charge. By subscribing, you expressly authorize Rex Ventures Group LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to account settings, or by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of your paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period except as provided under our Money-Back Guarantee.

5. Refund Policy & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all NovaBod subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase by contacting [email protected]. 6. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes.
  • Not share, resell, or redistribute any content from the Service.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform.
  • Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any diet or fitness program.

You acknowledge that NovaBod is a digital wellness program and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Individual results may vary.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, text, images, audio, video, software, and other intellectual property available through the Service are the exclusive property of Rex Ventures Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rex Ventures Group LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00 USD).

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be submitted to informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
