At NovaBod, operated by Rex Ventures Group LLC, we are committed to your satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains your rights and options regarding refunds and cancellations for NovaBod subscription plans purchased through our website at novabod.io.
1. General Refund Rules
We value every customer and strive to deliver a high-quality experience. However, as a general rule, subscription payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except where the conditions of our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee are met or where a refund is required under applicable law.
In certain circumstances, we may review and approve refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. A refund may only be claimed during an active subscription period. If your subscription has expired before you submit a refund request, we will be unable to process a refund.
If technical issues on our end prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of the Service, your sole remedy will be a refund of the amount paid for the affected period.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All NovaBod subscription plans purchased directly through novabod.io include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase date.
- Your subscription must still be active at the time of the request.
- The request must be submitted via email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
Upon approval, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Actual posting times may vary depending on your financial institution.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include the email address associated with your NovaBod account.
- Include your order confirmation number or purchase date (if available).
- Briefly describe your reason for requesting a refund (optional but appreciated).
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund will be initiated promptly.
4. Cancellation After Refund
Upon issuance of a refund, your NovaBod subscription will be cancelled immediately and you will lose access to the Service. If you wish to use NovaBod again in the future, you will need to create a new subscription.
5. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after the initial purchase date.
- Requests for renewal charges after the initial subscription period (unless required by law).
- Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions.
- Requests based solely on a change of mind after the 30-day guarantee window has passed.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Initiating an unwarranted chargeback may result in suspension of your account.
7. Subscription Renewals
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. However, if you did not receive adequate notice of an upcoming renewal or were charged in error, please contact us within 5 business days of the charge and we will review your case.
8. California Residents
If you reside in California and cancel your purchase prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of purchase, we will return the full payment you have made, in accordance with California Business and Professions Code § 17538.
9. EU/UK Residents
If you are a resident of the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, provided that you have not yet accessed the digital content. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days using the same payment method as the original transaction.
